This role oversees all major operational functions—including Logistics, Purchasing, Warehouse Operations, Facility Maintenance, Receiving, Value Stream Mapping, IT Integrations, and Operational Transactions—to build a unified, scalable, high‐performance operating model. The executive partners with senior leadership to shape strategy, strengthen organizational capability, and deliver sustainable growth and profitability.Key candidate experience:* Experience in implementing advanced material handling systems* Strong understanding of warehousing, light assembly, and packaging operations* Strong logistics background – small package, LTL, and company-owned trucking* Strong leadership characteristics – builds strong partnerships across the business unit and within the enterprise.
