  • Support annual operating plans, budgeting cycles, and monthly forecasting with clear tools, insights, and guidance.
  • Ensure property P&Ls accurately reflect financial performance; analyze variances and portfolio trends to identify opportunities.
  • Promote consistent labor practices and operational controls that maximize productivity and profitability.
  • Facilitate monthly P&L reviews with hotel teams and coach leaders toward stronger financial acumen and accountability.
  • Manage capital budgets, oversee audits, and ensure adherence to all tax and compliance requirements.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with hotel leadership and provide ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development.

Required Skills, Experience and Knowledge:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting and at least seven years of progressive finance leadership, including multi-property hospitality oversight.
  • Brand experience is strongly preferred, ideally within select-service or branded hotel portfolios.
  • Proven ability in budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and financial analysis.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with experience developing multi-property finance teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to simplify complex financial topics.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with PMS/POS systems and multi-property reporting tools.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities across dispersed properties.
  • Flexible to travel regularly throughout West Coast markets and occasionally to East Coast hotels.
  • A leadership style grounded in integrity, collaboration, and accountability.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary and performance-based bonus
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) plan with company match
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Career advancement opportunities within a rapidly growing company
  • A chance to be part of the Rebel movement redefining hospitality leadership

Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000 annually
