As the CPG industry teeters on the edge of transformation, trust has shifted from traditional corporate giants to innovative individual creators. With the backing of MrBeast, the world's most influential creator, and our unwavering commitment to transparency and superior quality, we are strategically positioned to become the go-to snacking brand for future generations.
At the heart of our ethos is the belief that anything is possible. This belief ignites our innovation and drives us to push boundaries. It's what enables us to deliver incredible products and unique, engaging experiences that keep our fans and customers coming back for more.
Though recognized for our chocolate bars, our vision goes beyond a single product category. We aim to offer a diverse product range, each item tailored to meet our customers' unique tastes and needs. Regardless of the variety, all of our products share a common trait - the guarantee of quality and fun that Feastables is known for.
We're not just building a brand; we're crafting a legacy and just getting started. We are charting an unprecedented path, at an unbelievable velocity, and seeking extraordinary individuals to help us shape the next iconic global brand. Together, we will build something truly remarkable that will resonate with customers worldwide and stand the test of time.
About The Role:
As the Director of Partnerships at Feastables, you will play a critical role in growing and managing our portfolio of strategic consumer goods partnerships. You will be responsible for driving commercial performance across key partnerships, identifying new growth opportunities, and building long-term relationships that expand the Feastables brand.
This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will lead partnerships across licensing, co-branded products, retail collaborations, manufacturing relationships, and other strategic initiatives while partnering cross-functionally to bring new opportunities to market. You'll help shape how Feastables builds an ecosystem of world-class partners that accelerates revenue growth, strengthens our brand, and supports our long-term business strategy.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Own the performance and growth of Feastables' consumer goods partnership portfolio across multiple categories and business lines
  • Build and manage executive-level relationships with strategic partners, serving as the primary business owner for key accounts
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new partnership opportunities that drive revenue, expand the brand, and unlock new consumer experiences
  • Develop annual business plans, joint growth strategies, and long-term roadmaps with strategic partners
  • Lead quarterly business reviews, performance reporting, and executive governance across the partnership portfolio
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships through new products, retail channels, categories, markets, and commercial initiatives
  • Partner with Product Development, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal to successfully launch and scale partnership initiatives
  • Monitor partnership performance against revenue, profitability, and strategic objectives while proactively addressing risks and opportunities
  • Lead negotiation support, issue resolution, and executive escalations to ensure healthy, productive partner relationships
  • Build scalable partnership operating rhythms, governance models, reporting, and processes to support continued portfolio growth
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive activity, licensing opportunities, and emerging consumer brands to identify future partnership opportunities
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing partnerships team while creating scalable ways of working across the organization

Recipe for Success:
  • 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, licensing, consumer goods, or related commercial leadership roles
  • Proven track record of growing strategic partnerships that deliver meaningful revenue and business impact
  • Experience managing complex external business relationships across multiple stakeholders and executive teams
  • Demonstrated success building annual business plans and driving commercial performance through partnerships
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate growth opportunities into executable partnership initiatives
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and executive communication skills
  • Experience leading highly cross-functional initiatives across Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other business functions
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a bias toward action and execution
  • Strong commercial instincts supported by analytical rigor and data-driven decision making
  • Experience within consumer packaged goods, licensing, retail partnerships, or high-growth consumer brands is highly preferred
  • Interest in creator-led brands, modern consumer ecosystems, and building category-defining partnerships

Why Feastables?
We believe in transparency - not just in our ingredients, but in how we hire. When making compensation decisions, we consider many factors like role level, market data, location, and relevant experience and skills. For this role, we expect the annual base salary to fall between $178,000-$223,000.
Beyond salary, we offer a thriving culture where you'll have interesting problems to solve with the autonomy you need to make a difference. And, of course, we have the perks/benefits to enable you to do your best work.
  • 100% employer paid option for medical, dental, and vision
