The Director of Operations is the senior operational leader responsible for driving operational excellence across High Plains Brew's multi-state operations. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this role leads Regional Managers, develops future leaders, strengthens operational systems, and partners with Company leadership to scale the organization through its next phase of growth.The Director of Operations is responsible for the day-to-day performance of High Plains Brew's existing operations while building the leadership infrastructure, operational consistency, and accountability necessary to support the Company's continued expansion.CompensationCompetitive salary and performance-based bonus opportunity. Compensation will be commensurate with experience, qualifications, and demonstrated leadership ability.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, mentor, and develop Regional Managers and field-level leadership.Drive operational excellence and ensure consistent execution of Company standards across all markets.Improve operational performance through coaching, accountability, and leadership development.Develop and strengthen leadership systems, succession planning, and accountability programs.Partner with Finance, Human Resources, Development, and New Stand Operations to support Company initiatives.Drive profitability by monitoring labor, operational performance, and financial results.Build scalable operational systems and Standard Operating Procedures to support future growth.Conduct regular field visits, operational audits, and leadership coaching.Support operational readiness for new stand openings and successful transitions into regular operations.Champion High Plains Brew's culture, mission, and core values throughout the organization.Travel extensively throughout Company markets to support leaders, strengthen operations, and drive organizational excellence.Required QualificationsProven multi-unit leadership experience, preferably in quick-service restaurant, coffee, restaurant, or retail operations.Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing Regional Managers, District Managers, Area Managers, or other multi-unit leaders.Strong operational, financial, and business acumen, including experience managing labor, operational performance, and P&L results.Experience building or improving operational systems, processes, and leadership infrastructure within a growing organization.Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout High Plains Brew's operating markets. This is a field-based leadership role requiring significant time alongside Regional Managers and stand leadership to coach, develop, and support operational excellence while driving the Company's continued growth.Willingness to relocate to Lincoln, Nebraska.Leadership style centered on accountability, servant leadership, integrity, and developing others.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred but not required).Experience leading operations for a rapidly growing multi-unit organization.Experience developing Regional, District, or Area Managers.Experience supporting organizational growth, change management, and leadership development initiatives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
