We are seeking a high-performing Franchise Development Director with a proven track record of sourcing, influencing, and closing franchise deals. This individual will be responsible for driving franchise growth through strategic lead generation, market mapping, candidate qualification, and successful deal execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly motivated, and consistently meets or exceeds annual development objectives.
Purpose/Impact: (Duties & Essential Functions)
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive franchise lead outreach strategy to achieve annual growth targets
  • Source, qualify, and close new franchise candidates through proactive outreach and strategic networking for one or more of the portfolio brands
  • Create and refine Ideal Franchisee Profiles (IFP) to target qualified prospects
  • Conduct market mapping and territory analysis in partnership with the real estate team, to identify high-potential growth areas
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
  • Guide candidates through the full sales lifecycle from initial contact through signing
  • Deliver compelling brand presentations and discovery day experiences
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and executive leadership to ensure successful onboarding and territory planning
  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking
  • Represent the brand at industry events, expos, and networking opportunities
