Description
The Sales Development Lead is a critical contributor to Mytech's growth strategy, responsible for outbound lead generation, pipeline development, and team leadership. This role not only drives top-of-funnel activity but also mentors Sales Development Reps to build a high-performing sales development function.
Key Responsibilities
Team leadership
โ€ข Manage, coach, and develop SDR team members to improve outreach quality and productivity
โ€ข Conduct regular performance reviews and call coaching sessions
โ€ข Develop scripts, messaging frameworks, and outreach strategy
โ€ข Ensure CRM hygiene and process compliance
Pipeline development
โ€ข Conduct outbound prospecting into target accounts as a contributing individual
โ€ข Book qualified meetings for assigned sales representatives across five branches
โ€ข Assist the SDR team with account targeting, prioritization, and data usage
โ€ข Support meeting generation for events and tradeshows, including pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up
Account intelligence
โ€ข Contribute to the development of account scoring and targeting frameworks for both the SDR and outside sales teams
โ€ข Help gather and organize account-level data to improve targeting precision and outreach relevance
Performance management
โ€ข Track team meeting performance against monthly and quarterly goals
โ€ข Improve meeting quality through structured sales feedback loops
โ€ข Optimize prospecting processes and contribute to ongoing department development
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
