The Job:ย 

We are currently recruiting an entry-level Sales Representative to support a growing sales team in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role is ideal for candidates who are curious, competitive, and interested in learning how sales works from the ground up.


In this position, youโ€™ll spend your day connecting with potential customers, following up on leads, and helping move conversations forward. You wonโ€™t be expected to have everything figured out on day one as in-depth training is provided. With this in mind, you should be comfortable picking up the phone, asking questions, and staying consistent with follow-up. Over time, youโ€™ll build confidence in your communication style and develop the skills needed to manage your own pipeline.


What You Will Be Doing:ย 

  • Make outbound calls and follow up with inbound leads to introduce company services
  • Have real-time conversations with prospective clients to understand needs and next steps
  • Track outreach activity, notes, and follow-ups in internal systems
  • Stay organized with daily call lists, tasks, and priorities
  • Work toward individual activity and performance goals
  • Collaborate with team members to improve messaging and outreach strategies
  • Learn how to handle objections and move conversations forward
  • Build familiarity with the companyโ€™s services and how they are positioned to clients
