The Job:
We are currently recruiting an entry-level Inside Sales Representative to support a growing sales team in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role is ideal for candidates who are curious, competitive, and interested in learning how sales works from the ground up.
In this position, you'll spend your day connecting with potential customers, following up on leads, and helping move conversations forward. You won't be expected to have everything figured out on day one as in-depth training is provided. With this in mind, you should be comfortable picking up the phone, asking questions, and staying consistent with follow-up. Over time, you'll build confidence in your communication style and develop the skills needed to manage your own pipeline.
What You Will Be Doing:
  • Make outbound calls and follow up with inbound leads to introduce company services
  • Have real-time conversations with prospective clients to understand needs and next steps
  • Track outreach activity, notes, and follow-ups in internal systems
