PRG is seeking a highly strategic individual to lead Corporate Strategy across the enterprise. The role sits at the intersection of strategy, finance, operations, and market intelligence, translating industry dynamics and commercial performance into actionable enterprise priorities. The successful candidate will lead strategic planning, growth analysis, and executive-level business insights while helping identify new revenue streams and expansion opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Enterprise Strategy Leadership. Partner with leadership to identify strategic and operational risks and opportunities that unlock both immediate and long-term value creation across the organization.

Strategic Agenda & Planning. Create, prioritize, align, and direct PRG's enterprise-wide strategic agenda, focusing on the company's most critical business questions, growth initiatives, and competitive priorities. Partner closely with the Chief of Staff to design and operationalize the strategic planning process, establishing a clear, repeatable framework for defining, evaluating, and tracking strategic initiatives across the organization. Ensure all initiatives are well-scoped, outcome-oriented, measurable, and effectively executed, driving alignment from strategy through delivery across the business.

Cross-Functional Strategic Execution. Lead high-impact cross-functional strategic projects in partnership with leaders across Commercial, Operations, Production, Finance, and other key functions. Connect functional strategies across the enterprise to drive alignment, integration, and sustainable enterprise value.

Operational Performance and KPI Frameworks. Define and track the enterprise KPIs that the executive team uses to run the business. Build measurement infrastructure around operational performance, commercial effectiveness and strategic initiative progress.

Market Intelligence & Strategic Insights. Provide strategic thought leadership on market dynamics, competitive positioning, customer trends, growth opportunities, and industry developments across the live entertainment, sports, media, and production landscape. Help shape enterprise decision-making through rigorous analysis and actionable insights.

Qualifications

Career Experience

  • 5-7+ years of experience in strategy, corporate development, finance, investor relations, consulting, or a related field (top-tier consulting or global company experience preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (MBA or other postgraduate qualification advantageous)
  • Experience in or exposure to asset-heavy, services oriented or production businesses where capital allocation, utilization and labor economics are central to the operating model
  • Experience in investor relations, corporate finance, strategy, or related analytical roles
  • Exposure to corporate development, mergers & acquisitions, or strategic planning highly advantageous
  • Experience producing structured reporting, financial analysis, or executive-level business insights
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and/or leadership teams
  • Affinity for the live events. entertainment, media or sports ecosystem preferred

The pay range for this position is estimated to be $180,000 - $200,000. Actual salary to be determined by the experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant combined with location and alignment with market data.
