Overview
As an Associate Director on the Payer Sciences' Client Engagement Team, your role will focus on project execution across all of our capabilities. This role requires team collaboration to ensure the achievement of our clients' objectives and requires a hands-on contributor who can efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously. Depending on your interest, skills and project needs, specific tasks can include developing timelines, managing project plans, developing slide presentations, assisting with analyzing data, building Excel models or aiding in the development of marketing materials. Responsibilities
  • Manage day to day activities for assigned projects which will include but not limited to developing communication campaigns, analytics, product and organizational strategy, market research and software development
  • Build project plans and timelines to ensure project work is done effectively and efficiently
  • Conduct secondary research on a range of healthcare related topics
  • Support day to day client interactions
  • Coordinate content corrections resulting from the review process - ensuring all deliverables are met on time
  • Proactively identify fresh and innovative approaches to projects
  • Organize and communicate data/information in a concise manner, drilling down concepts into relevant detail
  • Identify critical issues and ensure they are addressed by the team
  • Think strategically and develop solutions for assigned projects in collaboration with internal and external teams
  • Depending on the nature of specific projects, responsibilities may include:
    • Process and organize facts, data and other information to define a problem and develop effective solutions
    • Support execution of market research, including recruiting, conducting interviews, note taking during interviews, and generating summary report
    • Support developing PowerPoint presentations that clearly convey results of qualitative and quantitative research
    • Conduct basic data analysis to inform client strategy
    • Build Excel based financial models to quantify the impact of market access dynamics on our clients' business
    • Participate in developing product value proposition and tactics for use with payer customers
    • Ensure feedback is clearly translated into creative efforts
    • Collaborate with art and copy counterparts to maintain agency creative standards
    • Ensure marketing materials are properly prepared for submission to medical/legal/regulatory review, including referencing and regulatory requirements
    • Prepare and submit jobs for pharmaceutical medical, legal and regulatory review

Compensation Range: $59,850 - $99,620 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
