Job description

iTalent Digital is seeking a Recruiter to join our diverse and growing company. The individual selected will be instrumental in helping us continue to deliver excellence to our base of marquee Fortune 500 accounts.

We are looking for someone based in CST or EST time zones to provide coverage for our west coast team. This is a fully remote / work from home role!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit! This is a hands-on, full-cycle recruiting role that will require you to source qualified talent (ie 'hunting' vs. gathering) using various tools such as Linkedin Recruiter, Indeed, etc. using Boolean searches, etc.
  • Candidate relationship management direct communications, presentation and offer negotiations.
  • Organize, lead and document post-interview debrief/feedback and post-mortems with interview teams and candidates, scheduling.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing work based on business demands and meeting deadlines
  • Source passive candidates through extensive name generation research, relationship building, complex Internet searches and existing talent pool database searches
  • Report on a regular cadence to iTalent management team on progress updates.
