Role Overview
We are looking for motivated early-career talent to join our Talent Acquisition team as Entry-Level Recruiters. This role focuses on supporting end-to-end recruitment activities, building candidate pipelines, and delivering a hiring experience while partnering with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-up
  • Source candidates through platforms such as job portals, LinkedIn, and campus channels
  • Conduct initial screening conversations to assess basic skills, interest, and role alignment
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and panelists; ensure timely scheduling and smooth candidate experience
  • Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System
  • Support hiring initiatives including career events, group discussions, and engagement activities
  • Partner with senior recruiters to understand role requirements and talent needs
  • Ensure adherence to hiring processes, SLAs, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree - any major (December 2024 grads-PRESENT only)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
  • Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring processes
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, campus portals)
  • Interest in talent acquisition and HR operations
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
