About the Role

Tactical Revolution builds mission-critical equipment used by military and law enforcement teams across the U.S. and worldwide. Our products, including ballistic protection systems and tactical gear, are designed for durability, precision, and real-world performance.

We're looking for an experienced Industrial Sewing Technician who takes pride in craftsmanship and can consistently produce high-quality work with minimal supervision. This is a hands-on role working with heavy-duty materials and specialized equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

  • Operate industrial sewing machines to fabricate tactical and protective textile products 
  • Operate specialty equipment such as laser cutters, hot knife, etc.
  • Work with materials such as Cordura, webbing, hook & loop, zippers, and reinforced assemblies 
  • Execute clean, consistent stitching across a variety of patterns and product types 
  • Interpret and update work instructions, patterns, and basic technical documentation 
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality, strength, and accuracy 
  • Maintain sewing equipment (threading, bobbins, needle changes, basic upkeep) 
  • Support production efficiency while maintaining high quality standards 
  • Keep a clean, organized, and safe workspace 

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of professional sewing experience (industrial, upholstery, tactical gear, or similar) 
  • Strong proficiency with industrial sewing machines (single needle, bar tack, overlock, etc.) 
  • Ability to work with heavier materials and multi-layer assemblies 
  • High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship 
  • Reliable, consistent, and able to work independently 
  • Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills 
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. (Government contract requirement) 

Preferred 

  • Experience with tactical gear, military equipment, or load-bearing systems 
  • Experience with automated machines (cutters, bar tack, etc.)
  • Familiarity with patterns, BOMs, or technical drawings 
  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
