Job description

Description

1 SERVICES. You will provide administrative services related to the recruitment and onboarding of Role Players (each, an “RP”) for training exercises to be performed by the Company. Your responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to, the following:

1.1 Recruiting: Review applications, conduct interviews and prioritize highly qualified candidates.

1.2 Onboarding: Issue contracts, I-9 Citizenship Forms, and Invoice Templates to approved candidates.

1.3 Answer phone calls via the Company’s corporate directory for RP recruitment.

1.4 Populate the project database utilizing the Company’s secure SharePoint. Organize documents in proper locations.

1.5 You may also be required to perform other duties, in addition to those set forth above, that are reasonably related to your expertise and skills.

Requirements

2 LOCATION (Subject to Change). This work is to be done remotely in your home or at a location where a secure and stable internet connection is.

4 EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, AND MATERIALS:

4.1 You are responsible for providing the following equipment, tools, and materials for use in providing the Services:

4.1.1 Laptop, tablet, or another device with password-protected secure internet access.

4.1.2 Note-taking equipment.

4.1.3 Phone with active service.

4.2 The Company shall provide you with the following equipment, tools, and materials for use in providing the Services:

4.2.1 Recommended scripts and guidance to increase productivity.

4.2.2 Access to the database for data entry and file organization.

4.2.3 Proper login information for e-mail, phone, and database access.

4.2.4 Other items, as required.

6 DELIVERABLES:

6.1 Project Status Report submitted daily. Exceptions are approved if the schedule does not support this.

6.2 Completed invoice (Ref Para 3.4 of the Agreement) after the project is complete. The periodic invoice may be approved with prior coordination.
