Administrative Assistant

Denver, CO
$65,000 – $80,000 + Bonus

We are hiring an Administrative Assistant to support a growing office in Denver within a professional, high-performance environment.

This is not a typical administrative role. You will be part of a team that values professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars across multiple professionals
  • Coordinate travel and logistics
  • Support administrative and expense-related tasks
  • Maintain a professional office presence
  • Assist with day-to-day office operations

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of administrative support experience
  • Strong calendar management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • High attention to detail and follow-through
  • Professional, polished, and dependable

Work Environment

  • On-site Monday–Thursday, work from home Fridays
