Brand Creative Strategist Intern
Media & Marketing Department
Location: NJ (Multi-Site + Hybrid)
Position Overview
This is the role for the student who sees the big picture, someone who doesn't just execute tasks but asks 'why' before '
how'. The Brand Creative Strategist Intern sits at the intersection of brand identity, content strategy, and creative direction.
You'll help shape the visual and narrative voice of Alliance Orthopedics across platforms,campaigns, and channels.
Working directly with our Media Director, this intern will contribute to brand strategy, content ideation sessions,
campaign concepting, and creative brief development. The ideal candidate has an eye for aesthetics, an aptitude for strategy,
and the confidence to pitch original ideas. Think: junior creative director energy with a student's appetite to learn.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in developing campaign concepts and creative briefs for social media and marketing initiatives
• Research competitor brands and healthcare marketing trends to inform content strategy
• Contribute to brand identity projects including mood boards, style guides, and visual systems
• Ideate and pitch original content series, campaign angles, and storytelling approaches
• Help develop the brand voice, messaging hierarchy, and audience persona documentation
• Collaborate across graphic design, video, and social teams to ensure creative cohesion
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and present ideas to the Media Director
• Support the development of the Alliance Orthopedics content calendar and campaign architecture
Qualifications & Requirements
• Currently enrolled in Marketing, Advertising, Brand Strategy, Communications, or Design program
• Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to translate ideas into clear, communicable strategies
• Proficiency in building presentations (Canva, PowerPoint, or Google Slides)
• Awareness of branding principles, content marketing, and social media strategy
• Creative portfolio, campaigns, or strategy samples required at time of application
• Excellent written communication, you can write a sharp brief and a compelling pitch
• Must be eligible to receive academic credit through your university
