We are seeking a visionary Content Strategist to join their team, where you will play an integral role in shaping the future of advisor education. This is an exciting opportunity to drive significant impact by developing and implementing content strategies that directly equip financial advisors with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed, influencing the firm's educational offerings and enhancing advisor capabilities across the board.

In this dynamic role, you will be at the forefront of content innovation, leading cross-functional teams to execute a compelling content strategy. You'll cultivate essential relationships with business partners, subject-matter experts, and creative agencies, translating complex financial topics into clear, engaging, and actionable content. Your expertise will not only guide content creation, optimization, and publishing but also ensure that advisors receive timely and relevant educational resources that drive their growth and success.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a primary content strategist for educational content focused on asset management, overseeing the entire content development lifecycle from conception to completion.
  • Collaborate closely with business partners and subject-matter experts to identify critical content topics, assess needs, and refine existing educational materials for optimal impact.
  • Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely project delivery and providing strategic guidance to internal teams and external agencies on new content initiatives.
  • Partner with marketing teams to develop and implement robust publishing and distribution strategies for content across advisor-focused digital platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance, leveraging insights to recommend optimizations and future content strategies that build on successful engagement.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in writing and editing investment-oriented educational content for financial advisors.
  • Demonstrated expertise in driving and executing comprehensive content strategies.
  • Proven ability to develop content across diverse formats, including long-form and short-form written materials, video, and audio.
  • Solid understanding of investment products and solutions, including alternative investments, model portfolios, and direct indexing.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of distilling complex information into clear and engaging narratives.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively, seeking guidance when necessary.
  • Knowledge of SEO/AEO, social media, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience creating or directing a variety of written, video, and audio content specifically for advisors, in both long and short-form formats.
