Job Summary

The Temporary Content Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and managing content marketing initiatives that support Cisive's brand, demand generation, and thought leadership objectives. This role partners closely with marketing, sales, and subject matter experts to create highquality, compelling content across digital channels. The position is intended to provide temporary support to the Marketing team during a defined period and will focus on content strategy execution, content creation, and campaign enablement.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute content marketing initiatives aligned with overall marketing strategy and business priorities.
  • Create, edit, and manage highquality content including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, sales enablement materials, and website content.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Marketing and crossfunctional marketing partners to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice.
  • Manage the content development process from concept through publication, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to translate complex topics into clear, engaging, and audiencefocused content.
  • Support demand generation and integrated marketing campaigns with relevant content assets.
  • Optimize content for SEO and digital performance in collaboration with digital marketing stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update existing content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and consistency with current messaging.
  • Track and report on content effectiveness using available metrics and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure all content complies with Cisive brand, legal, and regulatory standards.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, or related marketing roles.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience developing B2B marketing content across multiple channels.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content performance metrics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and common content management systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Working Conditions

This job operates in a professional office environment or remotely. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, keyboards, phones, and collaboration tools.
