We are currently seeking a creative and experienced Digital Content Strategist to help grow and manage our digital presence. This full-time, in-office role in Irvine, California, is ideal for someone who is passionate about storytelling, skilled in multimedia content creation, and driven by data-backed strategy. You'll play a key role in shaping our online brand, engaging our community, and supporting continued growth across web, email, and social platforms.


Responsibilities


  • Strategically plan, develop, and implement comprehensive digital content strategies and campaigns, including promotions, email marketing, social media initiatives, and special events-all aligned with broader marketing and business goals.
  • Create and lead the production of original, high-quality digital content-including video, images, infographics, and copy-demonstrating creativity, originality, and aesthetic judgment in a recognized artistic discipline.
  • Exercise significant independent judgment in defining content scope, messaging, format, and distribution strategy, ensuring alignment with brand standards and measurable business objectives.
  • Analyze and interpret content performance metrics (e.g. traffic, engagement, conversions, ROI), and independently recommend and implement data-driven optimizations.
  • Continuously research emerging digital trends, tools, and platform features, making proactive recommendations and implementing innovations to keep content strategies current and effective.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders across design, development, and sales teams, ensuring brand and messaging consistency throughout all digital channels.
  • Design and implement SEO strategies across digital content to improve organic search visibility and inbound performance-applying specialized knowledge and decision-making authority.
  • Independently manage the company's digital presence, including website content, social media platforms, daily publishing, audience engagement, and brand voice-ensuring platform optimization, consistency, and crisis response where needed.
  • Respond to customer reviews and feedback across platforms, using professional discretion to protect and enhance brand reputation and community trust.
  • Lead or significantly contribute to cross-functional projects, including product launches, media production, and marketing campaigns-exercising high-level discretion and project ownership from start to finish.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a closely related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in digital content creation or marketing, with a strong track record of developing and executing strategic content initiatives that drive measurable results.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in content strategy, campaign planning, and performance optimization.
  • Expert-level skills in digital content creation, including copywriting, visual design (graphic design, video production/editing), and multi-platform publishing.
  • Strong working knowledge of digital marketing analytics, SEO best practices, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and coordinate across teams and leadership levels.
  • Creative, innovative, and brand-savvy, with a passion for storytelling, audience engagement, and continuous learning.
