What You'll Do
As a Digital Health Patient Services Coordinator at CORA, you'll:
  • Greet patients warmly and build rapport through phone and video interactions.
  • Screen and answer incoming calls promptly; take messages, and relay information as needed.
  • Verify outpatient therapy insurance benefits (where applicable) and advise patients of financial responsibilities such as co-pays, deductibles, or co-insurance.
  • Manage incoming physician referrals and prescriptions; communicate first visit expectations to new patients.
  • Scan insurance cards, ID cards, and relevant paperwork into patient files.
  • Collect co-pays and deductibles, provide receipts, balance daily collections, and submit charges to the Clinic Manager.
  • Support Remote Therapeutic Monitoring enrollment and assist with other tasks as directed by the Digital Health Manager
What You'll Need
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Recent customer service experience required
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Reliable, honest, and adaptable in fast-paced team environments
  • Preferred: Experience in a healthcare office, familiarity with basic medical terminology, and prior experience in remote work.
