Role Overview

The Sales Executive โ€“ Digital health sales is responsible for driving new business growth nationwide across physician practices, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), and hospital-affiliated groups. This individual contributor role owns the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, focusing on building long-term, ROI-driven partnerships. He/She is responsible for selling Clinicus software licenses to physician practices, health systems, FQHCs, and hospital-affiliated groups throughout the East Coast. This is a full-cycle, individual contributor role - from prospecting and pipeline development through license agreement and close โ€”- with a focus on building ROI-driven partnerships with clinical and administrative stakeholders.
The role involves engaging with physicians, administrators, and executive leadership, positioning Clinicus as a strategic partner in care transformation.
Key Responsibilities

ยท Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets, driving net revenue growth
  • Drive Clinicus platform license sales to physician practices (3โ€“50 providers), FQHCs, specialty clinics, and health systems across the East Coast
  • Own the full sales cycle: territory prospecting, discovery, solution demonstration, contract negotiation, and license execution
  • Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with prospective clientsยท Build trusted relationships with physicians and practice administratorsยท Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and CRM documentationยท Represent the organization at national conferences, industry events, and client meetings

Travel Expectations

Qualifications

ยท 4+ years of experience selling solutions (preferably software) into ambulatory markets, physician practices (3โ€“50 providers), FQHCs, or specialty clinics/hospitals
ยท Excellent verbal and written communication skills
ยท Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
ยท High energy, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
ยท Ability to work independently and manage a full sales cycle
Preferred Skills

  • Experience selling healthcare technology, digital health, or care management platforms
  • Familiarity with Value-Based Care, ACOs, CCM/RPM programs, and Fee-for-Service reimbursement models
  • Established relationships with physician practices, health systems, or FQHCs on the East Coast
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent CRM platform
  • Understanding of clinical workflows, EHR systems, and healthcare interoperability
