Account Executive, Digital Health & Wellness
Do you enjoy creating content, engaging online communities and helping brands connect with audiences through digital channels? Are you curious about emerging social media trends, digital platforms and innovative ways to engage people in healthcare and wellness conversations?
As an Account Executive, Digital Health & Wellness at Zeno, you will support digital and social media programs for leading healthcare and wellness brands. Working closely with account leads and cross-functional teams, you will help execute integrated campaigns spanning social media, influencer engagement, content creation, community management and digital storytelling.
This role is ideal for a digitally savvy communications professional who is eager to learn, grow and contribute to impactful client programs. You'll have the opportunity to develop your digital expertise, collaborate with talented teams and help bring innovative ideas to life.
About the Role:
  • Digital Program Support & Execution: Support day-to-day execution of digital and social media programs, helping ensure projects are delivered accurately, on time and aligned with client objectives.
  • Social Media & Community Engagement: Help manage social media content and community engagement efforts across platforms, supporting audience interactions and helping maintain a consistent brand voice.
  • Content Development & Digital Storytelling: Assist with content creation, copywriting and content reviews across social and digital channels, helping develop engaging experiences for target audiences.
  • Influencer & Partner Engagement: Help identify, research and build relationships with influencers, content creators and online communities that support client goals and audience engagement.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Support research, monitoring and reporting efforts using social and digital analytics tools, helping identify trends and insights that inform future programs.
  • Team Collaboration & Client Support: Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to support integrated programs while contributing to a collaborative and positive team environment.

About You:
  • 2+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, content creation, public relations or related fields within an agency or other fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting social media, content or digital communications programs for brands or organizations.
  • Strong writing, editing and communication skills, with an interest in creating engaging content across digital channels.
  • Understanding of social media platforms, online communities and audience engagement best practices.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics, reporting tools and performance measurement.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
  • Experience collaborating with internal teams and contributing to successful project execution.
  • Curiosity about emerging digital trends, technologies and audience behaviors.
  • Interest in healthcare, wellness or health-related communications.
  • Collaborative, adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute wherever needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with healthcare, pharmaceutical, wellness or health-related brands.

Pay Range: $60,000 - $70,000 USD/yr.
An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
