DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES   

As a Programmatic Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the pacing and optimization of programmatic advertising campaigns. You will work hands-on with campaign execution and be a strategic partner to Advanced Advertising Sales Managers. Your focus will be on driving successful programmatic strategies for national and regional clients, ensuring campaign goals are met or exceeded.

Key duties include:

  • Hands-on management and optimization of programmatic campaigns, ensuring pacing and performance targets are achieved
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, serving as a primary point of contact for campaign-related inquiries
  • Collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams to implement campaign strategy and deliver results
  • Utilizing data-driven insights and proprietary tools to enhance campaign effectiveness
  • Working across various media including TV Streaming and digital platforms

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 3 years of programmatic account management experience with solid hands-on programmatic campaign execution skills
  • Experience with cross-functinal sales planning and RFPs executation
  • Proven ability to manage campaign pacing and optimization in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with proprietary advertising data and analytics
  • Proficient with MS Office, especially complex spreadsheets and data analysis
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • CTV experience is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting sales, advertising, or marketing teams
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and ad serving technologies

The base pay for this position generally is between $73,200.00 and $95,200.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
