Alcon is looking to hire a Senior Associate, Digital Product Management - Digital Health team member. This role is part of Alcon's Information Technology function, a team that delivers cutting-edge technology solutions to Alcon associates and customers to help our people and the world see brilliantly.

This role is on-site in our Fort Worth, Texas location and a typical day would include:

  • Collaborate with the PM to deliver features aligned to the Data & Analytics product roadmap, staying in sync on daily team priorities.
  • Ensure the product backlog is clearly described, estimated, and prioritized to drive the team toward the product vision.
  • Help define and track key performance metrics, engage with internal customers for feedback and user needs, and drive continuous product improvements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional agile teams to identify dependencies, communicate risks, and remove roadblocks to ensure successful launches.
  • Approach challenges with a positive attitude, navigating ambiguity to find new solutions and out-of-the-box ideas.
  • Stay current with latest trends in digital health & data products.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of digital products, analytics, GenAI
  • Fluency with JIRA, Confluence, MS Office
  • Knowledge of SQL and/or Tableau
  • Experienced in using techniques like cost-benefit analysis for product feature prioritization
  • Experience in healthcare or eye care is a plus
  • Experience working in a digital product team role within a matrix organization

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs; Assoc.+6 yrs; M.S.+0 yrs)
  • The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
