What success looks like
As the Digital Content Manager, you will be responsible for creating, planning, distributing, and optimizing digital content across RBW.com, social media, and newsletter media. You will align digital assets with marketing objectives to enhance brand awareness, support lead generation, and increase loyalty and retention. You will help drive qualified leads, web traffic, web sales, increase interactions on site, and drive engagement throughout the sales and marketing funnel. Ultimately, this will lead to increased revenue across RBW's sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
  • Accountable for RBW.com sales quota
  • Support third party web sales
  • Responsible for website master database for product information updates (e.g., production times, pricing, lumen output, etc.)
  • Create and develop consistent newsletters and social posts
  • Create blog content and support SEO on RBW.com
  • Educate the market about new collections while developing campaigns that drive sales of legacy collections
  • Support launch and growth of new brands distributed by RBW
  • Create and submit industry award applications
  • Audit and manage data on RBW.com to ensure consistency
  • Conduct customer analytics on RBW.com to identify areas for website content improvement
  • Accountable for engagement and growth in RBW's trade customer segment. This will include optimizing Klaviyo flows and the RBW.com trade customer experience
  • Accountable for KPIs across our platforms, including social engagement, web sales, and website conversion
  • Write briefs for internal and external teams who will support you with creation of imagery and graphics needed for your content
  • Utilize agentic AI to solve customer needs and drive efficiencies in marketing campaign deployment and content creation
  • And, because no role at RBW is ever fully contained to a list, you may also be asked to take on other responsibilities that support the team, the work, and our shared goals

Skills, knowledge and expertise
  • 5+ years of experience in the decorative lighting or related A&D industry
  • Strong business acumen
  • Proficiency in using graphic design software, such as Photoshop or Adobe suite, to edit and leverage existing digital templates
  • Proficient using Klaviyo or similar push marketing platform
  • Proficient deploying content on social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram)
  • Proficiency using a website Content Management System (e.g. Magento, Sanity)
  • Proficiency using Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational and project planning skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet marketing deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
  • Extensive experience with the customer funnel in commercial and hospitality lighting
  • History driving growth within a small business
  • Track record managing multiple digital platforms at once
