SUMMARY: As a Digital Content Creator, you are primarily responsible for producing engaging and creative content for various digital platforms. You will collaborate with marketing, design, and communication teams to develop content that aligns with the brand's messaging and goals. This role requires a combination of creative skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to adapt to changing digital trends.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Work closely with the marketing team and others in the company to develop, create, and produce videos, including promotional, product, marketing, and company videos
• Publish and distribute videos on all relevant social media channels (Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
• Responsible for assisting and growing our social subscribers and relevant engagement
• Engage in opportunities to develop original content, including company events
• Create engaging marketing emails for Vance Outdoors & Sportsman's Outdoor Superstore
• Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools, making data-driven decisions to enhance content effectiveness.
• Responsible for conceptualizing and developing new video ideas
• Consistency with branding across all content
• Accuracy and strong attention to detail on all work performed
• Assist with Web Content Creator duties

• Responsible for promoting a positive culture within the location/department.
• Enforces safety, health, and security rules.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• All other duties as required by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
