Position Summary

The Digital Analytics Manager at RPM Living will own the strategy, architecture, and execution of our analytics ecosystem. This role ensures RPM has a clear and accurate understanding of digital performance across platforms, empowers teams with actionable insights, and elevates how we measure success across the entire leasing journey.

You will lead GA4, GTM, data governance, reporting innovation, and insight delivery across a high-growth digital organization. Your work will shape the way our teams make decisions, understand performance, and optimize marketing investments.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

Analytics Strategy & Architecture

  • Own the vision, roadmap, and governance for RPM's marketing analytics infrastructure.
  • Build measurement frameworks that directly connect digital activity to leasing outcomes.
  • Integrate datasets across platforms including digital services, CRM, and market data.
  • Design multi-touch attribution and incrementality models tailored to multifamily.

Google Analytics & Tagging Excellence

  • Lead strategy, implementation, and quality control for GA4 and GTM.
  • Develop scalable tracking, event architecture, schema, and channel-level insights.
  • Ensure all tagging is accurate, privacy-compliant, and operationally sustainable.
  • Partner with internal and external teams to deploy advanced measurement solutions.

Insight Generation & Data Storytelling

  • Build dashboards that uncover trends in occupancy, exposure, CPL, organic visibility, paid media performance, and resident behavior.
  • Surface insights proactively - highlighting risks, opportunities, and optimizations.
  • Translate complex analytics into clear narratives for marketing, operations, and executive leadership.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities, and present actionable recommendations to improve business outcomes.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner closely with Paid Media, SEO, Email, Product, Operations, and Accounts to ensure analytics accelerates their performance.
  • Ensure visual reporting aligns with client-facing narrative and internal strategy.
  • Serve as the internal authority on measurement strategy, data quality, and insight design.

Innovation & Optimization

  • Identify opportunities to integrate AI, automation, predictive analytics, and anomaly detection into reporting workflows.
  • Continuously push RPM forward in how digital signals are interpreted and acted upon.

Education and Experience

Must Have:

  • 5+ years in digital analytics, ideally within performance marketing or agency environments.
  • Deep expertise in GA4, GTM, event architecture, and cross-channel measurement.
  • Proven ability to implement and manage complex tagging ecosystems.
  • Exceptional data storytelling skills - able to turn insights into action.
  • Experience working in cross-functional, high-growth environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence.

Nice to Have:

  • Multifamily, proptech, or multi-location analytics experience.
  • Familiarity with CRM, property data, and leasing KPIs.
  • Experience with BigQuery, SQL, or marketing mix modeling.
  • Exposure to AI-powered analytics, LLMs, or automated insight generation.
Qualifications

Physical Requirements:

  • May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data
  • Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
  • May occasionally be required to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 15 pounds
  • Must be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment

Work Environment:

  • This is a hybrid role, requiring the associate to work in our Phoenix or Austin office 3 days per week
  • The office is an open setting which may include bright lights, constant noises and distractions
