Job description

At Bose Corporation, we believe sound is the most powerful force on earth - and for over 60 years, we have been a company built on innovation, excellence, and independence. Privately owned, fiercely customer-focused, and driven by our values, we continue to lead industries and transform lives through sound.

Today, Bose Corporation is entering an exciting new era. Across multiple global Business Units and Global Functions, we are shaping the future of audio technology, automotive, luxury, and premium experiences. We invite you to join us in this transformation.

Job DescriptionAbout the Role

We are seeking a Brand, Social & Media Analytics Manager to help shape how brand-building investments are measured, understood, and optimized across our global marketing organization.
This role sits at the intersection of Brand, Media, Social, and Analytics. You will partner closely with senior leaders to ensure media investments are grounded in credible measurement and actionable insights-not just downstream performance metrics.
The ideal candidate combines expertise in brand media measurement, social and creator analytics, creative effectiveness, and digital media analytics. While fluency in performance media measurement is important, this role is primarily focused on understanding how upper-funnel media, content, creators, partnerships, and social engagement drive awareness, consideration, preference, and business outcomes.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with data, but thrives on translating complex measurement into strategic influence and investment decisions.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Shape How Brand, Social & Media Impact Is Measured
Lead the evolution of how brand-building media, creative, content, creator, and partnership investments are measured and connected to business outcomes.
Develop expertise in brand lift studies, consideration measurement, social listening, audience engagement analytics, and creative effectiveness diagnostics.
Improve how creators, influencers, sponsorships, partnerships, and collaborations are measured.
Evaluate emerging measurement technologies, AI-enabled analytics approaches, and new data sources.

Translate MMM and advanced measurement outputs into practical guidance for media planning and optimization.
Lead Creative, Content & Creator Measurement
Develop frameworks to measure creative effectiveness across paid media, social content, creator programs, and partnerships.
Partner with Brand, Creative, and Social teams to identify characteristics of high-performing content.
Evaluate how creative quality, messaging, formats, and audience fit influence brand and business outcomes.
Translate learnings into recommendations that improve future campaigns and investments.
Advance Social & Cultural Analytics
Leverage social listening, engagement analytics, creator performance, and audience signals to understand brand impact.
Identify emerging consumer trends and cultural moments that can inform media and brand strategy.
Partner with Social and Brand teams to evaluate the effectiveness of social activations and creator programs.
Deliver Insights That Drive Decisions
Lead learning agendas that combine experimentation, creative analysis, social insights, and media diagnostics.
Connect media exposure, creative effectiveness, social engagement, and business outcomes into actionable insights.
Ensure insights are actively used in planning, investment, and optimization decisions.
Partner, Influence & Lead
Act as a trusted analytics partner to senior stakeholders across Brand, Media, and Analytics.
Guide agency analytics resources and internal partners to maximize value and improve decision-making.
Manage and mentor media analysts.
Contribute to a scalable, modern, and AI-enabled analytics capability.

What We're Looking For

Experience & Expertise
6-8 years of experience in brand media analytics, or brand measurement-focused roles.
Strong understanding of digital media ecosystems, including social, video, creators, content platforms, partnerships, and paid media.
Experience measuring brand and consideration outcomes across digital channels, including brand lift studies, creative effectiveness diagnostics, social listening, creator analytics, audience engagement, and consideration measurement.
Strong understanding of MMM and how to apply modeling outputs to real-world decisions.
Experience evaluating creator, influencer, partnership, sponsorship, or content-driven marketing programs where direct attribution is limited.
Prior agency experience a plus.
Technical & Analytical Skills
Hands-on SQL and Snowflake experience.
Advanced Power BI skills focused on decision-oriented dashboards.
Strong analytical fundamentals, including hypothesis development, experimentation, and insight generation.
Ways of Working
Ability to translate complex analysis into compelling recommendations.
Confidence influencing senior stakeholders.
Curiosity about AI, emerging measurement approaches, and the future of marketing analytics.

What Success Looks Like

Increase confidence in brand media investment decisions.
Expand adoption of brand lift, creative effectiveness, and social measurement approaches.
Improve how creator, content, partnership, and sponsorship investments are evaluated.
Strengthen connections between upper-funnel investments and business outcomes.
Enable leaders to make faster, more informed media investment decisions.

Why Join

Operate as a change-agent to shape how a global brand measures and invests in upper funnel marketing activations.
Work closely with senior marketing and analytics leaders.
Influence decisions, not just produce analysis.
Help define the future of brand analytics, social intelligence, and AI-enabled measurement.
