POSITION: Digital Workplace Experience Intern

DEPARTMENT: Information Technology

FLSA STATUS: Hourly - Part-time (20-25 hours per week)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Analyze end-user technology experience by developing user personas and mapping employee technology journeys across systems and platforms
  • Identify opportunities to improve digital workplace interactions, focusing on usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction
  • Support optimization of multi-channel support intake, including ticketing systems, chat, and self-service tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance self-service workflows and streamline the end-user support experience

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

  • Currently pursuing or recently completing a bachelor's or master's degree in data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
  • Internship or project-based experience working with data, analytics, AI tools, or business strategy
  • Strong interest in enterprise analytics, applied AI, and using data to drive operational decision-making

Skills and Abilities

  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to break down complex, loosely defined problems
  • Ability to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working with relational databases

WORKING CONDITIONS

Location: On-site - Frisco, TX or Conshohocken, PA

This internship requires full on-site presence at one of our corporate headquarters, with an expected schedule of 20-25 hours per week.
