The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for growing our base of customer clients. This position is key to achieving the business objectives of Real Property Management. The role is responsible for building connections through integrity and leadership and for creating and maintaining trust in our expertise.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Two or more years proven and verifiable success in sales
  • Two or more years in marketing
  • Top-tier prospect development and presentation skills
  • Managing referrals across departments
  • Computer proficiency-Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM, Social Media
  • Self starter
  • Located within 20 miles of Long Beach, California
  • Local area knowledge

The Sales & Marketing Manager is highly organized with strong time management skills and an understanding of prioritization. WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Meet with property owner leads and sign them up for management services
  • Prospect expired listings and for rent by owner listings
  • Network with local Brokerages and other referral partners
  • Attend networking events weekly
  • Create informational and fun content to drive business through social media
  • Sit on the leadership team and oversee sales & marketing
  • Work with our marketing partners to drive leads (PPC, Social, Organic)
  • Run CMA reports for rentals
  • Work closely with Operations to ensure a smooth handoff

Over the last 12 years we have grown from 0 to 750+ units, and from 1 employee to 16. Many of our employees have started at an entry level and grown into a manger or leadership role. We are looking for the Business Development & Marketing Manager to be a true rainmaker! This person should have an unwavering commitment to growth and a love for sales. This is not a passive sales job. You will be tasked with generating your own leads, as well as servicing warm leads brought in through paid advertising. Ideally this person take Real Property Management to the next stage of growth and into other local markets.
