The successful candidate brings a minimum of two years of experience in at least three of the following areas: Business Development and/or Business & Strategic Planning, Product Engineering, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Sales, leveraging this diverse expertise to identify market opportunities, shape product strategies, enhance customer value, and drive commercial success. Main Missions of the Role Market, Customer & VOC Activities Maintain deep knowledge of markets, competitors, technologies, and regulatory environments impacting the product portfolio Analyze customer requirements, standards, and emerging trends; translate them into clear product and innovation implications Support business units, sales, marketing, engineering in interpreting Voice of Customer (VOC) data Identify and quantify market growth opportunities to support strategic and portfolio planning Drive innovation using a disciplined, sciencebased and businessfocused risk/benefit approach Use internal tools & AI to develop market pricing models and internal cost structures Develop marketing materials and displays for technology shows and conventions with support from the Communications team Product Strategy, Portfolio Management, & Acquisition Define, maintain, and communicate product roadmaps aligned with market demand, business strategy, and technology readiness Establish marketbased prioritization criteria for innovation and development investments Provide market, customer, and competitive input for innovation and acquisition milestone decisions Guide innovation projects to ensure functional performance, customer value, and FORVIA competitiveness Commercial & RFQ's Support Develop product positioning, value propositions, and technicalmarket rationale to support RFQs Contribute to sales tools, product communication materials, and customer presentations Support valuebased pricing strategies in collaboration with sales, costing, and engineering Represent product line value and capabilities in customer discussions and technicalcommercial reviews Technology Development Convert customer and market requirements into clear product and process objectives with technical leaders Support and oversee technology and manufacturing development programs to ensure expected cost, quality, and performance outcomes Enable effective collaboration between customer and internal project leaders during technology development Governance, Communication & Compliance Provide structured and regular reporting on product line performance, roadmaps, and innovation progress Ensure compliance with internal policies, management standards, and Code of Ethics Promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and crossfunctional alignment Your profile and competencies to succeed Experience: Minimum 5 years in product development, project management, or commercial roles within automotive or mobility sectors Minimum 3 years in a customerfacing role (program management, sales, or equivalent) Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have/be: Minimum of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or Business Minimum of 2 years of experience in three (3) or more of the following areas: Business Development and/or Business & Strategic Planning Product Engineering Customer Experience Marketing Sales Lead cross-functional teams in a highly collaborative environment Knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes Knowledge of product development processes Working Knowledge of marketing, costing, and sales Strong written and oral communication skills Project Management Skills Results oriented & customer focused Teamwork & collaboration Strong business acumen What we can do for you At Forvia, you will find an engaging and dynamic environment where you can contribute to the development of sustainable mobility leading technologies.
