What You’ll Do (Your Impact)

  • Lead Strategic Marketing Efforts by developing and executing marketing plans that support organizational priorities and drive membership and product growth.
  • Deliver Integrated Campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring initiatives are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate Across Teams to align marketing strategies with organizational objectives and maximize business impact through effective partnerships.
  • Leverage Data & Insights to evaluate campaign performance, identify opportunities, and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Strengthen the Brand by ensuring all member communications reflect Summit Credit Union’s values and enhance brand recognition and reputation.
  • Manage Projects & Resources by overseeing campaign budgets, timelines, vendor relationships, and marketing initiatives from concept through execution.
  • Develop & Empower Teams through leadership, coaching, and strategic direction that strengthens business partnerships and delivers measurable results.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within financial services or a related industry.
  • Experience leading marketing campaigns and managing projects, teams, and cross-functional partnerships.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, digital marketing, campaign measurement, and analytics.
  • Demonstrated success developing, executing, and measuring integrated marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
  • Excellent communication, project management, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
