Job description

Position Overview

Under general supervision, the Customer Service Representative provides exceptional service to assigned clients by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring ongoing compliance with applicable regulations and internal procedures. This role balances customer satisfaction and business needs while performing daily data validation, quality control, and problem‑solving activities.

You will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships, supporting regulatory compliance, and contributing to a collaborative, high‑performing team environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client communications via email.
  • Build and maintain positive, reliable relationships with assigned clients.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints related to products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal team members and leadership to determine effective resolutions.
  • Utilize internal systems, tools, and platforms to support client success and provide coaching as needed.
  • Stay current on regulations, internal policies, and procedural updates to ensure accurate service delivery.
  • Perform data validation and quality control to ensure compliance standards are met.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all personally identifiable information (PII).
  • Share job knowledge and best practices with teammates to support team effectiveness.
  • Maintain consistent in‑office attendance, availability to clients, and participation in team and company activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
