Our clientis a premier retention marketing agency headquartered in California, serving high-growth ecommerce and CPG brands. They help toscale more than 100 DTC brands through strategic lifecycle marketing across owned channels like email, SMS, push notifications, and direct mail. Their clients include some of the most exciting brands in fashion, health, wellness, lifestyle, and outdoor, ranging from $1M to $100M+ in annual revenue.

Role overview Were looking for a talented and detail-oriented Email Designer who can bring retention campaigns to life through visually compelling, high-performing email creative. This role is ideal for someone with a strong design portfolio, a deep understanding of email marketing best practices, and a passion for ecommerce and brand storytelling. Key Responsibilities Design mobile-first, on-brand email templates and campaign assets using Figma or Adobe XD Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and developers to deliver cohesive, compelling email campaigns Create custom graphics, icons, and product imagery to enhance visual storytelling Ensure consistency across all email communications, respecting each clients brand guidelines Support occasional design needs for SMS/MMS, pop-ups, landing pages, and direct mail Stay on top of email design trends, ecommerce best practices, and deliverability guidelines Provide QA support for email rendering and formatting across major devices and ESPs Requirements 2+ years of experience designing email marketing assets for DTC ecommerce brands Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) Understanding of responsive email design and UX best practices Knowledge of email platform capabilities and constraints (e.g.
