Job Description
The Experienced Online Marketing Professional will be responsible for all strategic marketing efforts of our firm, which has been in business for over thirty years.
We have an opening for someone who has experience in many aspects of Marketing, especially online, email, social media, and SEO. If you are a hard worker who is creative and driven, this would be the ideal position for you.
This is an opportunity to make an instant impact in the growth of the Dohmen Capital's marketing efforts, allowing you to exhibit your skills and knowledge in all aspects of marketing. You would be able to work independently within a team culture, provided guidance but always able to voice your opinions on tactics and strategy. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Implement all phases of online marketing, including email marketing, internet advertising, and social media marketing
  • Develop marketing campaigns with heavy emphasis on direct response and social media.
  • Write short articles, social media postings, and light proofreading for marketing campaigns.
  • Update and optimize website, including landing pages, google analytics, and SEO.
  • Strategic implementation of all aspects of internet ad campaigns.
  • Creatively seek new ways and ideas to market online with the latest platforms and trends.
  • Create new marketing projects, involving weekly video content for social media channels.
  • Must be self-starter, always finding ways to add value to the team.
  • Dedicated, loyal hard worker eager to contribute to the business in many ways.

Qualifications
  • Proficient in creating, writing, and executing email marketing campaigns and landing pages.
  • Proficient with Wordpress websites, plugins, and updating web pages. (HTML knowledge a plus)
  • Knowledge and experience in SEO best practices (on-page and off-page, Google, blogs)
  • Experience with video marketing (Youtube, Vimeo, hosted and recorded webinars)
  • Experience analyzing web data and marketing performance data (Google Analytics).
  • Exceptional organizational, creative, and design skills (Adobe Photoshop, Email templates, MS Office)
  • Knowledge of the latest digital marketing techniques (email marketing, landing pages, retargeting/remarketing, social media marketing, direct response, affiliate marketing, and others).
  • Strong ability to prioritize, multi-task, and execute marketing plans.
  • Minimum 2 years of marketing experience.
  • Required: native English speaker
