SUMMARY: The Digital Email Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the development, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns. This position helps ensure timely, accurate, and brand-aligned communications that strengthen audience engagement and contribute to overall marketing success.

 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  •  Create, maintain, and update email campaigns and tasks in Asana daily. 
  • Schedule, test, and deploy email campaigns to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews of email campaigns to confirm that data, links, copy, and imagery align with brand standards.
  • Partner with the CRM team to ensure that all targeted segments are included in each email campaign.
  • Collaborate with marketing partners and project stakeholders and other internal teams as needed.
  • Maintain campaign intake, review, routing, approvals, and deployment timelines with cross-functional partners to ensure each email meets business, brand, legal, and operational requirements.
  • Review campaign performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations that deliver business value.
  • Provide informed feedback to internal requests while maintaining positive relationships.
  • Perform other related duties assigned by management


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, audience segmentation, unsubscribe requirements, accessibility, and applicable privacy and anti-spam regulations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to review and summarize email performance metrics, including open rate, click-through rate, conversion activity, list health, testing results, and campaign trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in an email service provider or marketing automation platform.
  • Prior experience in the travel industry is a plus.
