Job description

Job Summary

The Marketing Email Coordinator supports the marketing team with the creation, execution, and reporting of the IAPPโ€™s marketing email campaigns. In addition to day-to-day email operations, the coordinator will support other efforts within the Marketing Media Team including media planning, placement, and reporting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesย 

  • Supports marketing team through the execution of day-to-day marketing email production.
  • Assemble, test, and send marketing emails.
  • Coordinate marketing automation logistics.
  • Develop performance reports to communicate email success.
  • Continuously improve email marketing processes.
  • Assist the media team with other digital media operations, including media planning, reporting and project management.

Additional Duties

  • Additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from four year college or university; and at least two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient with all MS Office applications.
  • Expertise with Salesforce.com, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, marketing automation (Marketo) and campaign management, including measurement, reporting and analysis.
  • Proficiency in digital media marketing including use of email campaigns and marketing analytics.
  • Experience in marketing campaign optimization and A/B testing.
