Job description

OVERVIEW

Exclusive Resorts is looking for a detail-oriented and technically savvy Email & Lifecycle Coordinator to support the execution and optimization of personalized member and prospect communications across the customer journey. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in campaign production, lifecycle execution, personalization, and quality assurance within a fast-paced marketing environment.

As a key member of the lifecycle marketing team, youโ€™ll own the day-to-day execution of email, SMS, push notifications and in-app messaging campaigns within Braze, helping deliver premium, personalized experiences that drive engagement, conversion, retention, and loyalty.

This role partners closely with Creative, Brand, Revenue, Member Care, and Marketing Technology teams to ensure all communications are accurately built, thoroughly tested, and successfully deployed.


WHAT YOUโ€™LL DO

Campaign Execution & Deployment

  • Build, launch, schedule, and deploy lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, in-app messaging, and push notifications using Braze.
  • Execute targeted communications supporting acquisition, lead nurturing, member engagement, renewals, referrals, and retention initiatives.
  • Manage day-to-day campaign setup including audience segmentation, dynamic content configuration, personalization logic, scheduling, and deployment.
  • Support automated customer journeys and recurring lifecycle campaigns across the member and prospect lifecycle.

Technical Execution & Personalization

  • Develop and maintain dynamic content, Liquid logic, personalization rules, and campaign configurations within Braze.
  • Build and QA lifecycle automations, canvases, triggered campaigns, and segmentation logic.
  • Leverage customer data and behavioral signals to support personalized messaging experiences.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Perform comprehensive campaign QA including rendering tests, link validation, dynamic content reviews, personalization testing, and deployment audits.
  • Troubleshoot campaign, segmentation, and rendering issues in partnership with internal teams.
  • Ensure campaigns follow CAN-SPAM, GDPR, accessibility, and deliverability best practices.
  • Support suppression management, list hygiene, and send governance standards.

Reporting & Optimization Support

  • Monitor campaign and lifecycle performance and provide insights to support optimization efforts.
  • Maintain recurring reporting dashboards and campaign tracking documentation.
  • Support A/B testing initiatives across subject lines, messaging, cadence, personalization, and creative.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, campaign performance, and customer engagement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate closely with Creative, Brand, Content, and Marketing stakeholders to support campaign execution timelines.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Lifecycle & Communications Manager on campaign prioritization and deployment planning.
  • Help maintain lifecycle documentation, QA processes, and operational best practices.


WHAT YOU BRING

  • 2โ€“4+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM marketing, or lifecycle marketing roles.
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or another email marketing/CRM platform preferred.
  • Experience building and executing lifecycle campaigns across email and SMS channels.
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization and customer journeys.
  • Familiarity with Liquid, HTML, and dynamic content logic for email personalization and troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance and optimization opportunities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across marketing and operational teams.
  • Experience within luxury, hospitality, travel, subscription, or premium consumer brands preferred.
