Overview

The Email/Mobile Marketing Coordinator is responsible for building, deploying, and optimizing email and mobile marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention. Partnering closely with cross-functional marketing, creative, and product teams, this role blends strong attention to detail with data-driven decision-making to improve campaign performance and elevate the customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Execute email and mobile marketing strategies in alignment with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Build dynamic campaigns with relevant and personalized content for maximum engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, etc.) to optimize campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • A/B test email and mobile campaigns to refine messaging, design, and targeting strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and product, to coordinate assets and ensure campaign alignment.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to email and mobile marketing to maintain compliance and drive innovation.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, trends, and recommendations for optimization to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience 1-2 years in email marketing, mobile marketing, or digital marketing roles.
