Job Title: Email Marketing Specialist Location-Type: Hybrid, Fort Washington, PA (first 2 weeks onsite 5 days/week for training, then hybrid 3 days/week with Wednesday required onsite) Start Date: September 1, 2025 Duration: Contract, 4 months (September 1 - December 31, 2025) Compensation Range: $26-$29/hour on W2 Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, and 401K Visa Sponsorship: Not eligible for visa sponsorship Job Description: The Email Marketing Specialist supports the planning, creation, and execution of email marketing campaigns across multiple divisions for a nationally recognized luxury brand, ensuring technical accuracy, on-time delivery, and brand consistency. Job Summary Assist with the setup and scheduling of email marketing campaigns across multiple divisions Review incoming email requests and confirm all required information is provided before execution Proofread email copy and review designs to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and quality standards Initiate and review test emails to verify formatting and links prior to deployment Coordinate edits and revisions with marketing and creative teams throughout the approval process Maintain campaign schedules and ensure emails are delivered on time across 50-100 concurrent campaigns Support ongoing email optimization initiatives including reporting, insights, automated campaigns, and performance tracking Minimum Requirements: 1 year of experience in email marketing, including campaign setup and coordination Demonstrated experience with segmentation and email list management (average community lists of 1,000-3,000 contacts) Experience with project management and coordination tools to manage high-volume campaign workloads Strong writing, proofreading, and attention-to-detail skills with a focus on brand accuracy Ability to articulate campaign successes, analytics, and storytelling around past email projects Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related discipline Preferred Qualifications: Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email template review and troubleshooting Experience with Salesforce suite applications or comparable email marketing platforms Knowledge of database architecture and SQL for list management and segmentation support Familiarity with email automation workflows and performance reporting tools
