Job Description Summary:

Position Objective:
Concept and execute visually compelling, performance-driven email campaigns that support marketing strategy and brand vision across channels. This role is focused on delivering high-quality email creative-from concept through production-while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and optimal performance.
The pay range for this position is expected to be $90,000 - $105,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

  • Developon-brand creative for a variety of marketing and transactional email communications, ensuring consistency with brand standards and adherence to email design best practices.

  • Translate creative briefs into effective email designs that balance visual storytelling, UX principles, and businessobjectives. Apply established templates, design systems, and workflows tomaintainefficiency and scalability across campaigns.

  • Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and development teams to ensure emails are responsive, accessible, and optimized across devices and platforms.Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs to meet business and creative goals.

  • Support A/B testing initiatives by developing variations of layouts, messaging, and visuals tooptimizeperformance metrics such as click-through and conversion rates.

  • Contribute to broader 360 marketing initiatives, including ecommerce assets, paid and organic social, and other digital touchpoints as needed.

  • All See's staff must be committed to the company's core principles and workplace values, including a demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Art, ora relatedfield (or equivalent experience).

  • 3+ years of design experience in an in-house retail, brand, or agency environment, with a strong focus on email design.

  • A portfolioshowcasingstrong digital design skills, particularly in email, including typography, layout, and responsive design.

  • Solid understanding of email marketing best practices, including responsive design, accessibility, and deliverability considerations.

  • Proficiencyin UX/UI principles and designing for both desktop and mobile experiences.

  • Advancedproficiencyin Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat); basic animation/GIF creation skillsa plus.

  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS as it relates to email design; familiarity with Email Service Providers (ESPs) and CRM platforms preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Collaborative mindset withstrong communicationskills and the ability to take direction and incorporate feedback effectively.

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and solutions-oriented with a positive approach to working in a dynamic environment.

  • Proficiencyin Mac OS and common business tools (Excel, Google Workspace, PowerPoint); experience with project managementtoolsa plus.
