Job description

We are seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join our Returns Operation team.
Schedule: Monday - Friday Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay: Depending on Experience ($23- $25)

This role is essential in managing the data related to processing of product returns and ensuring accurate data entry across various systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with office technology. You will play a key role in maintaining efficient return workflows and supporting data accuracy within our operations.

*This is a clerical role that is mostly done in the office area. This is NOT a warehouse role*

RESPONSIBILITES

  • Any / All data entry for returns operation

  • Administrative/ data reporting (daily and monthly)

  • Receiving/ Verifying returns

  • Creating receipts in the ERP system and compiling logs on excel spreadsheet

  • Submitting/ processing returns claims

  • Return side inventory management (Counting / Reconcile / Reporting / Adjustments)

  • Communication with all warehouse personnel

  • Parts management related to return processes

  • Scrap management of returned products

  • Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • Advanced in Excel - Basic Excel formula using LOOKUPS and SUMIFS.

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to fast working environment

  • Effective computer, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to commute to our Rialto, CA warehouse (In-Person location)

  • Must be E-Verify!

HIGHLY DESIRED

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

  • Return processing experience with Costco and Home Depot

  • Return Claims Experience

  • Manufacturing and assembly line management experience
