Job description

Position Title: Data Entry Clerk – 1st Shift

Location: Baldwin Park

Pay Rate: $20.00
Shift: Full-Time


Our client is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join their team

This position plays a key role in supporting daily office and warehouse operations by accurately processing documentation and maintaining records.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday - 4AM-12:30PM



Training Schedule:
Training will be conducted  from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.


Essential Job Duties:

  • Perform high-volume data entry accurately and efficiently
  • Scan, organize, and upload documents electronically
  • Complete general office and clerical tasks as assigned
  • Ensure all documentation is processed accurately and in a timely manner


Qualifications:

  • Previous office clerical and data entry experience required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
