Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support high-volume document processing operations. This role is responsible for reviewing, scanning, indexing, and organizing financial documents while maintaining a high level of accuracy and productivity.

The ideal candidate is organized, focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with established production goals and quality standards.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Pull and prepare documents for processing.
  • Scan and electronically classify documents into the appropriate document types.
  • Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and proper indexing.
  • Process high volumes of documentation while maintaining quality standards.
  • Follow established procedures for document handling, organization, and records management.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information.
  • Support overall document workflow and processing operations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in document processing, records management, data entry, administrative support, banking, mortgage, or related fields preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn document management systems.
