Mid Valley Disposal is currently seeking applicants for our dynamic Customer Service Team as a Data Entry Analyst. Are you excited by the opportunity of contributing to a company that is making a difference and want to help ensure that Mid Valley Disposal has the talent we need to drive our growth and innovation as a leading environmental and recycling organization? In this role you will help Mid Valley Disposal by supporting our CSR Team and will be responsible for receiving the incoming calls and entering order for a specific line of business. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service experience and analytical skills, excel experience, enjoy reviewing and entering data, organizational and time management skills, verbal and written communication skills, record keeping skills, problem solving skills and computer skills.

Summary: Data Entry Analyst is responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction by providing the utmost best customer service, by entering orders for a specific company or customers accurately. Data entry clerks are expected to carry out a wider range of office administrative functions. Data entry is an essential administrative job that requires accuracy, speed and competency.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Reading source documents and enter information into specific fields
  • Review and analyze data to confirm authenticity and accuracy of company data.
  • Responsible for accurately inputting a high volume of customer orders and information into the companys database
  • Create work orders for customers, ensuring information is accurate
  • Communicates with appropriate department of order when needed
  • Reviews discrepancies in entered data, makes appropriate corrections or requests clarification as needed
  • Takes responsibility to keep up-to-date and knowledgeable as changes are made within the department
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, self-motivated and flexible
  • Ability to multitask
  • Detail-oriented, strong attention to detail
  • Other duties assigned as needed

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of data entry experience required
  • Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills required
  • Expert in Excel (using Pivot Tables & VLookUp)
  • Highly self-motivated and well organized
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and thoroughness required
  • Must work well within a team environment
  • Must be reliable, have exceptional attendance and punctuality
