About the Job
We currently have an exciting opportunity for Associate Email Manager to join our Marketing team. This individual will coordinate the development and launch of promotional, targeted and customer lifecycle email and SMS campaigns (with the emphasis on email.) This will be accomplished by utilizing cross-functional project management skills and digital knowledge, this role will ensure that all email projects remain on schedule, on brand and well executed.
What You'll Do | Key Accountabilities
• Lead the coordination and development of triggered, transactional, and promotional email and SMS campaigns from initial brief through launch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (brand, eCommerce, creative, production, social, legal, and analytics) to communicate campaign plans and ensure all deliverables are aligned and integrated for smooth execution.
• Own project management across all stages of email and SMS creation and deployment, including:
o Managing the email and SMS calendar and ensuring all messages are delivered on schedule.
o Creating creative work orders and keeping projects on track with timelines.
o Partnering with the creative traffic manager to ensure end-to-end execution and completion of all deliverables.
o Guiding marketing operations teams (production and data) by clearly communicating campaign details, segmentation, testing plans, and requirements.
o Conducting QA and testing for all email and SMS campaigns.
o Driving optimization by providing feedback to creative and operations teams, and sharing performance insights with business and strategy stakeholders.
o Reporting on performance, including results from A/B and multivariate testing.
o Identifying process improvements and optimization opportunities to increase efficiency and remove blockers.
• Continuously improve processes to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of email and SMS strategies and campaigns.
• Identify new opportunities to drive revenue and engagement through email and SMS, especially through segmentation, personalization, and innovation.
What You'll Bring | Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience.
• 2+ years email marketing experience.
• Understanding of email best practices, metrics and associated KPIs.
• Familiar with dynamic content, segmentation strategy and data connections as it relates to email and SMS marketing.
• Excellent project management, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and expertise in managing and prioritizing multiple projects/campaigns in a fast-paced, nimble yet deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills to present ideas clearly and concisely, both in writing and orally.
• Excellent analytical skills; comfortable distilling data into insights/optimization opportunities.

• Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates, in a hybrid work schedule from our Dublin, California office.

The starting salary for this position is $68,203 - $84,000. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications. Over time, and subject to performance, tenure, and evolving responsibilities, total compensation for this role may grow to as much as $100,000. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
