Job Title: Equipment Compliance Data Entry Specialist
Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Equipment Compliance Data Entry Specialist to support our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This role will involve entering and maintaining accurate data related to equipment compliance records, ensuring that all equipment meets industry standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position requires consistent data entry accuracy, documentation management, and communication with other departments to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately enter and update equipment compliance data into databases and systems.
  • Review and verify documentation to ensure equipment meets compliance standards.
  • Monitor compliance status and report any discrepancies or issues to the appropriate team members.
  • Assist in preparing reports for internal audits and regulatory inspections.
  • Maintain and organize compliance records and ensure they are up to date.
  • Communicate with the operations team to resolve any issues regarding equipment compliance.
  • Assist with routine checks and updates to compliance tracking systems.
  • Ensure timely completion of compliance data entry tasks and documentation.
