To thrive as a Developer Manager, you need a deep understanding of software development principles, project management, and several years of experience in coding and leading teams. Developer Managers also mentor team members, help resolve technical challenges, and align development work with business goals. Their role is crucial for fostering a productive and collaborative work environment in software organizations.
