Smart Process Design Manager

TheDigital CAD Specialistis responsible forthe design, documentation, and standardization of mechanical systems and components used in production equipment and plant layouts. This role supports manufacturing operations by creating detailed CAD models,maintainingfixture and assembly records, and developing engineering drawings and bills of materials (BOMs). Thespecialistplays a key role in ensuring design consistency, manufacturability, and alignment with operational requirements.

The work model for the role is: Onsite
This role is contributing to the Smart Process Design Team in New Berlin, WI. You will report to the Smart Process Design Manager.
You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Design and developmechanical componentsandproduction equipment

  • Create andmaintainplant layout CAD drawings

  • Managefixture and assembly numbersand ensure traceability

  • Generate andmaintainaccurateengineering drawingsandBOMs

  • Supportstandardizationof mechanical designs across equipment platforms

Our team dynamics:
You will join a high performing team of Process Engineers as part of a larger Smart Process Design Team.
Qualifications for the role:

  • You are immersed in modern manufacturing processes

  • Ability to demonstrate your experience with 4+ years CAD Design, preferably Solid Works

  • Possess an enhanced knowledge of manufacturing, process standardization, & mechanical design

  • You are passionate about driving change through innovation an collaboration

  • 2 Year Technical degree in manufacturing or related field

  • You are at ease communicating and working in a team environment

  • You are an American citizen or currently hold a US VISA / work permit
