Manager, Product UX Design | E-COMMERCE

Hybrid role (based 2 to 3 days on site)

If you’re passionate about building innovative, scalable e-Commerce programs that shape customer experiences worldwide, this role gives you the platform to make a global impact.

As part of our Omnichannel Digital Innovation & Product team, you’ll lead transformative initiatives across direct-to-consumer, retail, and eTail channels - unlocking new growth opportunities and elevating Logitech’s digital ecosystem.

As the Manager, Product UX Design for Direct E-Commerce (DTX), you will leverage your expertise and work closely with the Product Management team to drive impactful user-centered design solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and drive measurable business outcomes.

This role might require up to 15% travel for internal meetings, industry conferences (as required/needed), and on-site customer visits to strengthen partnerships.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor - Inspire and develop a team of UX professionals by providing strategic guidance, fostering an environment of creativity and collaboration, and facilitating continuous professional growth.
  • Champion user-centered solutions - Utilize advanced user research techniques, usability testing, and data analytics to place user needs at the core of design processes. Advocate for designs that align with user insights and business objectives.
  • Strategic UX leadership - Formulate and execute a comprehensive UX strategy that aligns with the Product Management roadmap. Define clear UX principles and guidelines, and develop actionable goals to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Design system utilization and management - Lead the creation and maintenance of a cohesive design system that ensures consistency, efficiency, and scalability across all digital products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design systems into the development process and enable AI capabilities.
  • Guide holistic design processes - Oversee the creation of intuitive user flows, wireframes, and prototypes. Ensure all designs adhere to brand integrity and accessibility standards, pushing the boundaries of conventional design.

  • Working knowledge of front-end web performance optimization, core web vitals, and their direct impact on e-commerce conversion rates.
  • Deep expertise in WCAG 2.1/2.2 accessibility standards and designing inclusive, barrier-free digital experiences.
  • Proven experience designing complex, multi-region, multi-currency, and localized e-commerce journeys for global consumer markets.
  • Experience bridging digital D2C/B2B journeys with physical retail/eTail touchpoints (e.g., connected packaging, in-store digital integration, or unified loyalty experiences).
  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven dynamic personalization engines, algorithmic content delivery, or advanced A/B testing platforms at scale.
