As the Kitchen and Design Account Manager, you will be a key player in driving sales and building lasting relationships with contractors, architects, designers, and homeowners. This role requires someone who is personable, sales-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Working from our Billings Montana location, you'll be responsible for cultivating new business, nurturing existing accounts, and guiding clients through their design journey. Your goal is to ensure that each project exceeds expectations from initial consultation to project completion.


Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and build new business relationships with contractors, architects, designers, and homeowners.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients, offering updates and addressing any concerns or changes throughout the project.
  • Provide expert guidance on cabinetry design, construction, and budgeting to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution, including working with our design and drafting team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry partners to expand our reach and increase sales opportunities.
  • Attend client meetings, provide in-depth consultations, and deliver creative solutions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives, contributing to company growth.
  • Provide weekly updates to leadership on account status, new opportunities, and client feedback.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or a similar client-facing role (preferably within construction, cabinetry, or design).
  • Strong understanding of cabinetry, design, and construction principles is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Comfortability with technology and software (knowledge of HubSpot, Microsoft Office, and CRM platforms is a plus).
  • Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel locally to meet clients and industry partners.
  • A passion for customer service and a dedication to delivering exceptional experiences.
