Salary Range
  • Compensation includes commission and performance incentives. Actual earnings depend on experience and results.

Job Description
Keller Bros. Family of Dealerships is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager to join our sales and finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong automotive F&I experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to structure deals that are both customer-friendly and profitable for the dealership. This role requires maintaining compliance, working closely with lenders, and delivering a smooth and professional customer experience.
Responsibilities
  • Present financing, warranty, and protection products to customers clearly and professionally
  • Structure deals to meet both customer needs and dealership profitability goals
  • Submit paperwork to lenders and secure loan approvals
  • Maintain lender relationships and stay current on available programs
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with state and federal regulations
  • Work closely with the sales team to support closing deals and meeting delivery timelines
  • Maintain high CSI and ensure a positive customer experience from sale to delivery
  • Accurately finalize contracts and complete funding paperwork
  • Review and explain finance documents to customers in a clear and friendly manner

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of Automotive F&I experience preferred
  • Hold or have ability to obtain a Salesperson License from the PA department of state.
  • Strong working knowledge of dealership finance, lending practices, and compliance
  • Experience with menu-style selling and product presentation
  • Ability to maintain high closing ratios while delivering customer-focused service
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Professional communication and leadership presence
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
