Description
The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing all financial and state documentation. The Finance Manager position plays a vital role within our Auto Group by providing knowledge and support to our finance department. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the financial growth and success of our company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
  • Meet dealership sales and F&I goals
  • Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Survey scores
  • Explain features, advantages, and benefits regarding options best suited for our customers
  • Processes loan/titling and miscellaneous documents efficiently and in compliance with government agencies
  • Maintain great lender relationships
  • Clearly explains all aspects of a customer's purchase and vehicle protections ensuring 100% satisfaction
  • Ensuring compliance with privacy laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
  • Creating and maintaining a program with the sales department that will ensure all new sales are referred to the finance department
  • Prioritizing and managing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Understanding and complying with federal, state, and local regulations that affect the new and used vehicle and finance departments
  • Customer Service Professional
  • Collection of Contracts in Transit
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal skills
  • Proven track record of high CSI and profitability
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as implement and maintain processes
  • Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
  • High school or equivalent (Required)
  • Minimum of 3 years in dealership experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or listen. The employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
  • Duties are performed primarily at a desk in an office setting. Work includes frequent clerical and administrative responsibilities and interaction with managers and employees.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting.
  • Must be able to lift up to 5 pounds at times.
  • Occasional attendance at social gatherings.
  • Ability to travel occasionally.
