About the Position:
This is a 32-40 hour per week position with some flexibility based on your availability and our scheduling needs. Weโ€™re looking for someone who can commit to consistent weekly hours while helping keep our office running smoothly and joyfully. Our typical schedule runs Monday through Friday, with occasional early closures or extended lunch breaks (yes, we believe in work-life balance!).

Youโ€™ll be working closely with both our clinical and front office team - great communication, leadership, and a can-do attitude is key!

Your day-to-day might include:
  • Greeting patients with a smile and leading the front desk.
  • Scheduling appointments & coordinating the daily flow.
  • Communicating with patients about treatment plans and insurance communications.
  • Overseeing billing, collections, and office systems.
  • Tracking KPIโ€™s and ensuring that our goals are on track.
  • Ensure quality care and the safety of our team and patients.
  • Supporting our amazing team and keeping the vibes high!

What Weโ€™re Looking For:
  • Previous dental office experience (preferably 3+ years).
  • A natural leader with a positive attitude and great energy.
  • Excellent communication & multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive.
  • Experience with Open Dental is a big plus!
