Position Summary: Dental Claim Support is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Remote Dental Insurance Billing Manager to oversee the insurance billing services provided to our clients, while facilitating solutions to clients revenue cycle management needs. As the primary management contact for key client accounts, the Assistant Remote Dental Insurance Billing Manager is entrusted with leading a team of Remote Dental Insurance Billing Specialists, Subcontractors, while leveraging vendor relationships in ensuring the successful delivery of revenue cycle management services. This role involves fostering strong client and workforce relationships, a focus on client satisfaction, a strategic approach to expanding our client base; while expanding revenue cycle management services to drive company growth.

How the Assistant Dental Insurance Billing Manager adds value: The Assistant Dental Insurance Billing Manager supports the Dental Insurance Billing Manager in managing the day-to-day flow of client servicing and workforce coordination. They provide handsโ€on guidance to Account Specialists in training, assist in internal quality control audits (QCA), helps to prepare and organize Clientโ€Partner Zoom meetings, and assist with reporting and data inputs. This role is ideal for individuals looking to grow into an AM role by developing leadership skills in a structured, supportive capacity.

In this role, you will: Support for Account Specialists after initial training: Serve as a liaison for Remote Dental Billing Specialists in training, answering questions and directing them to the appropriate resources. Help onboard new Remote Dental Insurance Billing Specialist team members by facilitating access to systems, providing schedule alignment support, and assisting with basic workflow understanding. Reinforce training milestones set by the AM by providing feedback or tracking progress.

Quality Control and Accountability (QCA): Support the Dental Insurance Billing Manager in executing quality assurance checks on assigned offices, ensuring processes are followed and documentation is complete. Track recurring errors and help create summary data for Account Managers to use in coaching discussions. Ensure claim documentation, notes, and portals are consistent with standards prior to client reviews or escalations, and by request.

Team Meeting & Communication Coordination: Own the scheduling and agenda management for standing Zoom meetings for Dental Insurance Billing Managers and Client Partners, and attend them. Maintain a clear record of notes, action items, and attendance for each meeting. Follow up on recurring action items or checkโ€ins as directed by the Dental Insurance Billing Manager.

Operational and Data Entry Support: Assist with internal and clientโ€facing documentation entry and maintenance (e.g., Google Chat, Google Sheets, reporting dashboards). Help copy/paste client changes in shared trackers (e.g., CallBlitz, Terms, ANA), as directed by the Dental Insurance Billing Manager. Ensure templates, links, and portal guides are upโ€toโ€date and easily accessible for the team.

Learn, and master multiple Dental Practice Management Softwares, and clearinghouses. Collaboration and Crossโ€Departmental Support: Communicate consistently with the assigned Dental Insurance Billing Manager to ensure alignment on team needs. Escalate urgent client or team concerns to the AM as needed, with context and clarity.

Participate in special projects or account transitions in coordination with AMs and Project Managers. Success Criteria: Demonstrated improvement and readiness among AS team members pertaining to support and training. Timely and accurate execution of quality control checklists and support items.

Consistent facilitation and documentation of standing Zoom meetings. Clean and maintained client records and internal tracking documents. Requirements: 2+ years in a dental administrative, dental client service, or dental billing support role preferred.

Comfortable with data entry, remote communication tools, and cross-functional collaboration. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Professional communication and followโ€through.

Proficiency in Google Drive, Zoom, and dental terminology. Eagerness to learn and grow into more advanced client service or leadership roles.
